This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.121 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sarangapur, Karimnagar District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous and no orders need be passed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
