This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to admit the petitioner in B.Sc. (Agriculture) in the second respondent-University by considering her representation dated 17.08.2016.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 24.04.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
