This writ petition is filed with a prayer to declare the proceedings No.A1/1060/2015 dated 28-04-2016 issued by the 3rd respondent in not conducting survey and fixing the boundaries of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.239 and 240 of Bhongir Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District by showing the objection of the 5th respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-04-2016.
