This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
" For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.3 to 5 herein in conducting administration of oath of office and secrecy of the Trustees (the petitioners herein) of the Trust board of the 6th respondent Sri Hanuman Temple, Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad in terms of the proceedings dated 07.07.2017 in Rc.No.B3/ 1969/ 2017 of the 2nd respondent Commissioner, Endowments Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the provisions of Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act 30 of 1987, and the rules made thereunder and consequently direct the respondent Nos.
3-5 herein to conduct the administration of oath of office and secrecy to the Trustees (Petitioners) as per the orders of the 2nd respondent dated 07.07.2017 in RC.No.B3/ 1969/ 2017, and pass such other further orders in the interest of Justice and in the circumstances of the case."
Today, when the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pending the writ petition, the respondents have administered oath of office to the petitioners herein and no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Recording the aforementioned submission, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
