Heard Mr.Ramachandar Rao Vemuganti for petitioner and Mr.K.Lakshmi Manohar for respondents.

The plaintiff in O.S.No.307 of 2011 is the revision petitioner. The revision petitioner challenges the order of the V Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, in C.M.A.No.20 of 2012.

The learned appellate Judge through the order dated 07.12.2012 allowed the appeal and set aside the order dated 03.04.2012 in I.A.No.980 of 2011.

On 15.03.2013, this Court granted interim stay of order dated 07.12.2012 for a period of eight weeks. The proceeding sheet discloses that the interim order is not extended after eight weeks. After perusing the orders of the appellate Court as well as trial Court, this Court is of the view that since the suit is ripe for trial, instead of examining the case on merits, at this stage, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, to consider and dispose of O.S.No.307 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
