HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1534 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the grave accusation made against the petitioner/accused by the complainant for the offences under Sections 376, 417 & 420 IPC and as the investigation is said to be under way, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on to its logical end.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
