Heard Sri Gopal Govind Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

When the matter is taken up, a request is made by learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the respondents herein for redressal of his grievance.

On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that if any such representation is made, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the respondents herein within a period of two

(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is filed, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law.
