Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents that 1st respondent has withdrawn the freeze orders in respect of the petitioner's assets dt.30-07-2016 on 23-08-2016 and returned all the articles of the petitioner to the petitioner. A copy of the panchanama prepared on 21-08-2016 is also annexed to the material papers.

3. In view of this, there is no cause of action for the petitioner as of date. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. In case, any further orders of this nature are issued by the 1st respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to question them in accordance with law. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
