HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27239 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they made a representation on 18.04.2016 before the 3rd respondent for implementing the orders of the Collector dated 13.10.2015 passed in File No.A1/653/2012 for rectification of total area of Sy.No.501 and 511 in the revenue records. But so far no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent in spite of the direction by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 13.10.2015. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the representation made by the petitioner on 18.04.2016 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 18.04.2016 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
