THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.11683 of 2012 ORDER:

The prayer is one against inaction in considering and disposing of complaint dated 01-04-2012.

I have perused the complaint and taken note of the averments dealing with inaction against respondents. This Court is of the view that the petitioner if feels threatened by unofficial respondents, the petitioner can work out remedies available in law instead of waiting for official respondents to act on the complaint dated 01-04-2012. Further, the petitioner is not in a position to inform the Court the developments, if any from the date of filing of the writ petition till date.

With the above observation, by granting liberty to petitioner, if circumstances still subsist, to work out remedies in accordance with law before competent court, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
