COMMON ORDER:

The order of the Joint Collector passed under Section 90 of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act (for short 'the Act') is questioned in these writ petitions. However, a revision lies under Section 91 of the Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that against the same impugned order, he has filed two revision petitions, which are pending before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners now seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to question the impugned order by way of revision.

3. Permission is accorded.

The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
