1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / accused in Cr.No.99 of 2013 on the file of Chandragiri Police Station, Chittoor district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 177, 182, 196, 198, 199, 200 and 404 of IPC.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the said crime and filed charge sheet before the concerned Court.

3 In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this Criminal Petition. 4 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is closed.
