The petitioner by this writ of Habeas Corpus seeks production of his brother-Gunti Krishna Murthy alleging his illegal detention by the respondents.

Learned Special Government Pleader submits that Gunti Krishna Murthy has been arrested in connection with Crime No.210 of 2015 registered at Kothapet Police Station, Guntur Urban District, and presently he is in judicial custody.
