- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.30036 OF 2017 ORDER :
Heard.
2.
Petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.9-09 guntas in Sy.No.18 of Kotwalguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioner claims to have purchased the said land vide registered sale deed dated 22.04.1971. Petitioner contends that he has made several applications for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deeds by mutating his name in the revenue records. But so far there is no response and on a written application filed by the petitioner, notice dated 20.06.2017 was issued by the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, calling upon objections from any interested person on the claim made by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner necessitating institution of this writ petition is even after issuance of the said notice, there is no further progress and so far his name is not mutated in the revenue records and pattedar pass book and title deeds are not issued.
3.
Since the matter is already ceased by the Tahsildar and a notice was already issued on 20.06.2017, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with suitable direction as required, in the interest of justice.
4.
Both the counsel agrees for such disposal.
5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, to finalize the issue on the claim made by the petitioner
