THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.404 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 02.03.2012 in proceedings No.L&O/998/2012 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Grade Deputy Collector and Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. He further submitted that no further orders are necessary in this matter.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
