O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to demolish the structures of the Subbaiah Chowdary complex in R.S.No.551/1 situated at Main Road, Gollapudi Village, Vijayawada, Krishna District in pursuance of the proceedings dated 16.10.2012 issued by the 4th respondent as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to demolish the above said structures.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the orders passed in W.P.No.23499 of 2012 granting status-quo, till the disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioners, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.

Let a copy of order in W.P.No.23499 of 2012 be annexed to this writ petition.
