Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to file fresh Contempt Case against the concerned official as the respondent is transferred from Siddipet.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Contempt Case making the concerned official as party. Interim Order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
