Bhosale) Heard Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. G.Sai Narayana Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

We have perused the Writ Petition, in particular paragraphs 4 to 7 thereof. It is clear from the averments that Smt. M. Amritha Naga Rupa Devi left company of the petitioner of her own and she does not desire to live with him as his wife.

Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that about a month ago, Smt. M. Amritha Naga Rupa Devi was seen in the hospital and the moment, she saw the petitioner, she again left and since then, her whereabouts are not known. Petitioner has already lodged a missing complaint with the police.

From the conduct of Smt. M. Amritha Naga Rupa Devi, it appears to us that she is not willing to live with the petitioner as his wife. There is no allegation in the petition that Smt. M. Amritha Naga Rupa Devi has been illegally detained by anyone. Keeping that in view, we do not find any reasonable ground to keep this Writ Petition pending. Hence, Writ Petition is disposed of. However, we observe that respondent Nos.1 to 4 may continue their efforts to trace Smt. M. Amritha Naga Rupa Devi and record her statement and inform the petitioner accordingly. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal remedy, if the circumstances so demand for redressal of his grievance. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
