THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.205 OF 2018 ORDER:

The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ananthapuram, addressed a letter vide Dis.No.5305, dated 20.08.2018, stating that the main Session Case Nos.131 of 2018, 132 of 2018 and 133 of 2018, originally pending on its file, were withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur - cum - Special Court for trial of Cases under Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, as per the orders, dated 06.08.2018, passed by this Court in Transfer Criminal Petition Nos.119, 120 and 133 of 2018, and that separated Session Case Nos.261 of 2018, 262 of 2018 and 263 of 2018 are connecting to the aforesaid Original Session Cases and, therefore, requested to transfer the separated Session Cases to the Court at Guntur, for disposal.

In view of the request made by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ananthapuram and in view of withdrawal and transfer of Session Case Nos.131 of 2018, 132 of 2018 and 133 of 2018, the separated Session Case Nos.261 of 2018, 262 of 2018 and 263 of 2018, pending on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ananthapur - cum - Special Court for trial of Cases under Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, are hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur

MSM,J Tr.Crl.P No.205 of 2018 - cum - Special Court for trial of Cases under Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999. Accordingly, the present Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Criminal Petition, stand closed.
