THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14363 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declare the proceedings in rejecting the renewal of Tobacco Board Growers Licenses (TBGR) for crop year 2014-2015 of the petitioners herein vide F. No. 1(8)C/ 2014-2015/ PDN as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Tobacco Board Act , Rules and as well as contrary to the Production Policy for crop year 2014-15 of the 1st respondent herein consequently by directing the respondents herein to forthwith renewal the Tobacco Board Growers Licenses (TBGR) of the petitioners for the crop year 2014-15 and pass such other order or orders as are deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners informed the Court that no further orders are required in the writ petition since the further renewals are effected in favour of the petitioners for continuing the Tobacco Barn Licenses.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.
