Petitioner was terminated by order, dated 19.12.2016, on the allegation that she submitted fake certificate. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred appeal on 23.12.2016 before the Commissioner, Medical and Health Family Welfare Department, Hyderabad. Alleging inaction on the appeal, the petitioner filed this writ petition, challenging the termination orders, dated 19.12.2016. Since the petitioner preferred appeal against the order of termination and the same is pending for consideration before the concerned Authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the same pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner, Medical and Health Family Welfare Department, Hyderabad-2nd respondent to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 23.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
