HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No:4796 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.114 of 2015 of Ongole I Town Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 342, 328 & 354 (A)(i) of I.P.C. and Section 7 read with Section 8, Section 9(C)(j)(i), read with Section 10, Section 11 (iv), read with Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The allegations in the complaint are serious in nature. The investigation so far reveals that the petitioner herein has taken two girls to the house of the petitioner and there he administered some poisonous substance and subsequently had sexual intercourse with two girls and the same was informed by the victim girls on the next day. The medical Report also reveals the sexual intercourse by the petitioner to the victim girls. The petitioner was arrested only on 1105-2015 and the investigation is at the early state. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. _________________ Justice Raja Elango Date: 10th June, 2015 skmr
