The petitioner-A1 filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail in Crime No.24 of 2015 on the file of Kothavalasa Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c ) of NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner was transporting ganja illegally. In view of the nature of the offence and the quantity of the ganja found in the above crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
