THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32843 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not implementing the G.O.Ms.No.86 School Education (PS1) Department, dated 25-10-2007 so far as it relates to the properties of Markapur Baptist Field Association and not acting upon representation and legal notice issued by the petitioner on 09-10-2010 as being illegal, arbitrary and unreasonable and contrary to the orders of the Government and also the recommendations of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly House Committee and to issue a consequential direction directing the respondents to implement the orders of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.86 School Education (PS1) Department, dated 2510-2007 so far as it relates to the properties of Markapur Baptist Field Association.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the same issue fell for consideration before this Court in Writ petition No.13329 of 2008 and this Court by way of an order, dated 06-03-2009, dismissed the said writ petition and a copy of the said order is placed on record.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Office to enclose the copy of the order in Writ petition No.13329 of 2008, dated 06-03-2009 along with this.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
