THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30362 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (A.P) that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.30044 of 2017, dated 06.09.2017. A copy of the same is placed on record. Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed, setting aside the notice Rc.No.A/144/2017, dated 23.08.2017, issued by the third respondent. It is open for the official respondents to issue show cause notice and pass orders, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, if any. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 23.08.2017 in W.P.No.30044 of 2017 to this order.
