This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.85 of 2013 on the file of P.M.Palem Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, Visakhapatnam District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the Police filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as C.C.No.96 of 2016 and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
