THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2532 of 2018

ORDER

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 02.05.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21246 of 2017.

As can be seen from the docket order dated 02.05.2018 passed in W.P.No.21246 of 2017, this Court, while issuing notice to the respondents, directed the second respondent i.e., respondent herein, to cause enquiry with regard to grievance of the petitioner and file counter affidavit on or before 15.06.2018. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent assumed charge only on 01.09.2018 and he would take necessary action for conducting enquiry within two months. 4.

Inasmuch as the order impugned is relating to the period before the respondent taking charge and considering the submission made by the respondent that he would take necessary steps for conducting enquiry, within two months, I do not find any contempt in the present case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
