30.01.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 (ON BEING MENTIONED) This application is filed praying this Court to correct the typographical error in the order passed in Crl.P.No.16233 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 by adding Section 63(2)(i)(m) of BNS and Sections 5 and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in paragraph No.2 after Section 137(2) of the BNS.

Having being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the interlocutory application is ordered.

In view thereof, in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 21.01.2025 made in Crl.P.No.16233 of 2024 "Section 63(2)(i)(m) of BNS and Sections 5 and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012", are also added after Section 137(2) of the BNS. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is ordered.

The Registry is directed to issue an amended copy of the order by 30.01.2025.
