Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri C.Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that the respondents herein are attempting to dispossess the petitioner herein from the house bearing Municipal No.5-4-212/56, in TS.No.2, 3 and 4, Block C, Ward No.78, Sy.No.44, situated at Necklace Road, Nallagunta, Secunderabad without following due process of law.
On instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the respondents herein will follow due process of law if any private property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose.
The above said submission is recorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to meddle with the subject private property of the petitioner herein except in accordance with law. It is further made clear that, if any private property of the petitioner is required, the respondents shall adhere to the procedure stipulated in law.
