Heard.

The petitioner seeks grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds for which he applied to the 2nd respondent on 08.03.2015. He states that while the said request was pending, the 2nd respondent issued notice calling for objections. The last notice dated 27.04.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent shows that one objection was received from one Gavara Appa Rao to an extent of Ac.1.02 cents. Thereafter, dates of hearing are intimated and no further action has been taken by the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is necessary for the 2nd respondent to hear the petitioner and take a decision in the matter and even assuming that there is no objection for Ac.1.02 cents of land there is no reason not to issue pattadar pass books as applied by the petitioner.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is against the action of the 2nd respondent, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and the objections received against the same and take appropriate decision in the matter as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
