This is an application seeking transfer of D.V.C.No.27 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Anantapuram, to the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the contesting second respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, that the other respondents in the DVC have not been impleaded in this petition. 4.

Though this petition is pending from the end of February, 2016, there is no order of stay granted by this Court. Notwithstanding that, it is the fact that there are other respondents, who have to be impleaded in this petition. Therefore, ends of justice do not call for transfer of this case from Anantapuram District to Hyderabad District. 5.

For the aforestated reasons, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed.
