Since no objection has been filed by any of the respondents to the application filed by the appellants seeking leave to file the appeal against

the order dated 04.10.2021 in W.P.No.24773 of 2021, leave to file the appeal is granted.

Interlocutory application is disposed of.

I.A.No.2 of 2022 Heard Mr. P.L.Rao, learned counsel for the appellants.

This interlocutory application has been filed for condoning the delay of 418 days in filing the related appeal against the order dated 04.10.2021 passed in W.P.No.24773 of 2021.

In I.A.No.1 of 2022 we have granted leave to the appellants to file the appeal.

We have also considered the averments made

in the supporting affidavit.

On due consideration, we are of the view that appellants were prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal within time.

Therefore, delay of 418 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Interlocutory application is disposed of.

I.A.No.3 of 2022 This interlocutory application has been filed seeking to dispense with filing of the certified copy of the order dated 04.10.2021 passed in W.P.No.24773 of 2021.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit

accompanying the application, this interlocutory application is allowed.

W.A.No.876 of 2022 Writ appeal is dismissed.
