This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners-A.3 and A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C. No.99 of 2016 on the file of the XXI Special Magistrate at Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners-A.3 and A.4 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, apart from perusing the material on record.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 4.
