Sri P Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and to file explanation before 4th respondent and pursue the legal remedies under the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (for short 'the Act'). The petitioners, if filed explanation and taken all objections, 4th respondent is under obligation to consider in the order he finally proposes to pass under Section 6 of the Act.
