HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7983 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted an application dated 07.11.2016 in Form-VIA as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-66 cents in Sy.No.240-B situated at Yarraguntla Village, Kanekal Mandal, Anantapur District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 07.11.2016 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
