THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.53 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for 1st respondent, who are no otherthan husband and wife and respondent and petitioner respectively of D.V.C.No.11/2016 pending on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam and perused the grounds urged for transfer of the said case to any court of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Siddipet/Medak District and perused the grounds urged and the supporting affidavit and the material on record.

From the hearing and perusal of the material and considering the convenience of both parties, this Court feels it just to transfer the case from IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam to Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, either to try or to made over to any Metropolitan Magistrate at Miyapur.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
