HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30594 of 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 28.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner, without giving breathing time to the respondent authorities, approached this Court by filing the writ petition.

But, as per the affidavit, the petitioner submitted his first application on 21.07.2016. In view of the same the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 28.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. No order as to costs.

Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch, dated 28.04.2016.
