HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.34420 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.30133 of 2018 dated 17.07.2019 and contends that similar order be passed in the present writ petition also. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the above submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner.

This Court, having considered the submissions of both the parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 17.07.2019 in W.P.No.30133 of 2018 directing the respondents to refer the disputed questions to the Expert Committee consisting of academicians for further examination within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Based on the report of the Expert Committee, final key has to be published by the respondents and if there is any change in the final key, after consultation with the Expert Committee, the said benefit has to be extended to the candidates who have appeared in the examination, including the petitioners herein.
