None appears for the parties.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 5.10.2010, passed the following interim order:

"On the basis of the social status certificate produced by the writ petitioner, he may be accorded provisional admission, provided the certificate produced by him has not yet been cancelled."

In view of the typical nature of the order, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition further, and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out. Therefore, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for default. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
