HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.7327 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 not to issue any building construction permission to any applicant in respect of the plots situated in Sy.Nos.209, 210, 211, 211/ 2, 212, 212/ 3, 214 and 215 of Nacharam Village, Uppal Mandal, R.R. District, and also to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to entertain any document for registration in respect of the plots situated in the abovementioned survey numbers.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioners. On perusal of the material available on record, it is evident that the petitioner seeks a blanket order from this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to give any building construction permission with regard to the abovementioned survey numbers, without any basis and also by claiming that he is the owner of the property. If it is so, the petitioner can seek his remedy by approaching the competent civil Court. Therefore, this Court is of the view that this writ petition is devoid of merits and therefore, the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
