THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.14326 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking bail for the petitoners/A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.1067 of 2015 of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad.

2. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

3. The allegations against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are that the wife of the 1st petitioner/A.1 died by committing suicide in the house of the 1st petitioner on suspicious circumstances and therefore, the petitioners are responsible for the alleged death of the wife of the 1st petitioner.

The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 were arrested on 27.11.2015.

The remand Case Diary discloses that substantial part of investigation has been completed. 5.

Considering the above, I deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 on bail on certain terms.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to the satisfaction of the III Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy

District, on a condition that they shall appear before the Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad, on every Sunday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. until further orders.

7. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
