Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and also to file a fresh Writ Petition as and when fresh cause of action arises. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
