Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.4 of 2018 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

5.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
