HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1842 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.238 of 2012 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Markapur, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 20.06.2018 of Inspector of Police, Yerragondapalem Circle, Prakasam District and submitted that the case has been compromised before Lok Adalat on 30.01.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.238 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
