This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in issuing the proceedings dated 11.08.2014 appointing the Sub-Divisional Cooperative Officer, Warangal, as Person-In-Charge to manage the affairs of the PACS Ltd., Sangem, for a period of six months or till the elections are held, whichever is earlier, the consequential proceedings of the second respondent dated 09.07.2015 appointing Sri E.Venkateswarlu, Assistant Registrar, as the Election Officer to conduct elections to the Managing Committee of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Sangem Village and Mandal, Warangal District, and giving election schedule, and the proceedings dated 09.07.2015 of the fifth respondent.
Learned Government Pleader produced the record and it shows that seven members have submitted their resignations and in pursuance of the same only, an order was passed on 11.08.2014 appointing the Person-In-Charge and now elections are being held to the Society during the tenure of the Person-InCharge. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to admit the Writ Petition, and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
