This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/ respondents 1 to 3 to quash the proceedings against them in DVC No.15 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Husnabad, Karimnagar district. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, by producing an award dated 16.10.2015 in DVC No.15 of 2012, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that the matter is ended in compromise between complainant and 1st petitioner/ 1st respondent and in view of compromise, DVC No.15 of 2012 was dismissed. He thus requested to close the criminal petition. 3) Heard.

4) Perused the award dated 16.10.2015 in DVC No.15 of 2012.

5) In view of the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, this Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
