HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34469 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the representation dated 31.03.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking grant of e-pass book to him, in respect of lands admeasuring Acs.2.08 cents in Survey No.99-2, Acs.2.28 cents in Survey No.40-3A, Ac.1.50 cents in Survey No.75-1, Acs.2.02 cents in Survey No.40-3B, Ac.0.52 cents in Survey No.40.3C of Kempasamudram village, Ramakuppam mandal, Chittoor district, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader would submit that if the application made by the petitioner is online in Form - VI, the authorities would deal with the same, in accordance with law.

4) Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make online application in Form - VI, in which event, the respondents

shall consider the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of the application, after hearing all the concerned.
