THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.29222 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

It is not in controversy that an identical issue relating to Survey No.74/7 of Industrial Park, Auto Nagar, Tirupati, came up for consideration in W.P.No.15215 of 2015, wherein this Court by order, dated 02.06.2015, has already considered the issue with reference to earlier orders. While the petitioner in W.P.No.15215 of 2015 claimed the relief relating to Plot No.69, the petitioner herein is claiming the relief with regard to Plot No.260/A.

In view of that, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with similar direction as extracted below:

"For reasons alike as were mentioned in the order, dated 25.07.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22642 of 2012, this writ petition is allowed directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject plots. In the event the said documents are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 4th respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure." There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
