Counter-affidavit has been filed by the respondents stating that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the second respondent submitted a report to the District Collector. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with within the stipulated time, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
