HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.18259 of 2012 ORDER:

The action of respondent Nos.1 and 2, in issuing proceedings dated 04.05.2012 selecting respondent Nos.3 and 4 for establishment of Generic Medicine retail outlets in the District Hospital, Nizamabad, is questioned in the writ petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
